• Non-defective returned merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are not refundable.



• Buyers must call 818-262-4998 to get a return Return Authorization number and to resolve any issue that you may have in a timely manner.



• When returning any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned.



• Be sure to Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Please use appropriate protection against damage. Customers are responsible for all freight charges.
